Hi,
I'm planning a trip to Vietnam on 30th April/ 1st May. Can anyone give me any advice re how much my trip is likely to be affected by the Labour Day holiday? Would it be a good idea to pre-book a trip to Halong Bay due to this complication or is that unnecessary? And advice would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, you are right, pre-book Halong tour online is necessary. And also, Halong bay will be so crowed during that time.
