Does anyone know whether it is possible to actually buy your own tuk-tuk in Vietnam, and if so, roughly how much it would be?

Did you see anyone use tuk-tuk in the cities in Vietnam ? Do you mean tuk-tuk is a mortobike ?

No, there is no company that produces tuc-tucs. Most tuc-tucs you see are made by their owner.
