Beaches in November

    Hi all,

My girfriend and I are planning to visit Vietnam this November and expect the beaches will be the highlight of our trip. However, we're wondering if that's the best time for the sea in Vietnam or it'll be too cold to swim and kayak?

    Many thanks in advance.

    Hi,

I've been on Phu Quoc during November befoer and it was lovely - warm water, great beaches... yummy seafood ... cold beer ... aaahhh those were the days!

Never saw anynoe kayaking there mind - altho that does not mean it's not possible

you should be fine in the South of Vietnam for warm water - say below Nha Trang

central areas - hoi an etc - are pretty choppy around then that's for sure

How about around Hoi An in Late December/early January, what are the beaches and diving likely to be like?
