hi do you recomend travellers cheques and is it easy to change them , and whats the best delta tours and who with thank you

I think it is more difficult to access ATMs in the Mekong than in other parts of Vietnam so traveller's cheques might be a good option. When I've used them I've found Vietcombank the best option. They used not to charge commission, though I don't know if that is still the case. You probably won't need a lot of cash anyway if you have already paid for a tour. I haven't used a tour company in the Delta but even travelling on my own on local buses I didn't use that much money.
