Hi,
I am just wondering if this is possible or does one have to go between Bangkok?
Air Asia are pretty cheap to go to Bangkok first but do any airlines fly direct?

Think you'll be going through either Bangkok or KL with AirAsia or via Singapore with Jetstar or Tiger.
