Not from VietNam Airlines! Unusually, for web site operators, they have closed their website until November for rebuilding.
There are really no 'cheap fares' - only Travel Agents sharing their commission. There are two airlines: VietNam Airlines and Pacific Airlines - both closely linked.
Roughly, depending on the deal you do with a Travel Agent (not VN Airlines) count on around USD$100 Ha Noi HCMC, Da Nang/Hue to either HCMC or Ha Noi about USD$60.
VietNam has two air hubs - Ha Noi and HCMC although Da Nang is getting more significant as it is an international gateway.
