Where in Saigon can I find some god tailors, of course I want god quality, to a god price.

$180 for a suit in Vietnam is very expensive. I have no direct experience with tailors in Saigon but certainly in Hoi An we got a very good suit made with two pair of trousers and very nice fabric for about $70.

I use a tailor called Chanh, 176 Dien Tinh Hoang St. Not the biggest selection of materials and not the quickest, but really friendly English-speaking service & very good quality tailoring.
