Hi,
After getting pre - arranged visa approval letter copy from my Hanoi based travel operator I went to
General counsular of Vietnam, at his Mumbai office and got C1 visa stamped on my passport. Validity 30 days, single entry.
However the 'Annotation' column was left blank by consular. What is that & will I face any problem while leaving India or after reaching Hanoi airport ?

It's not a problem. It's always been left blank on my VN Visas.

It simply means that no annotation is required. No problem at all. Mine was left blank as well.
