I hold a US passport and I tried calling the Chinese Embassy in Vietnam, neither number works..
Does anyone know how much it would cost to get a Chinese Visa in HCMC? (It is 130 USD in San Francisco)

There has been reports in the past that the Chinese consulate in Hanoi only issues business visas -- not tourist visas -- for tourist visas people have been being directed to Saigon. I'm not sure if this is still the case though.
