Not personally. From experience, many of the local travel companies offer VOA service as part of their business. My wife and I had read up a lot before choosing Vietnamstay to arrange our visas, hotels and several tours and would never regret about that. To be honest, the tour prices we were quoted were a few bucks higher than some of the other we'd looked into, but the hotel rates were by far the best we'd found.
