This travel company told me I was booking 1 bus, the Saigon to Hanoi bus, up to Hue. They were very clear about that when I bought the ticket. But of course the next day I turned up and was told it was 3 buses with a 12 hour stop at Nha Trang, and another at Hoi An. Wouldn't trust this travel company, go with someone else.
