Not luxury hotel but comfortable and cleane
This hotel was the best part of being in Hanoi, and I liked Hanoi. It isn't the most luxurious of hotels, but it is comfortable and clean and the showers are strong. The breakfast is delicious as well ! The staff is the most helpful and friendly I have ever experienced. Also the location is great

We are at the Camellia right now and it's a great hotel. Not luxury by any means but very clean rooms and good bathrooms. Free breakfast is worth the little extra you pay for the room. Staff is very attentive and speaks fairly good English. 4/5 stars in my book.
