For those that like some opulence and luxury, this little boutique hotel right in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter is superb. There are only 7 rooms in this swank and very personable hotel but they include large bathrooms with enclosed showers (jacuzzi in the suite), all rooms have Queen size beds (an extra double bed is additional in the suite), wooden floors, mini-bar, television with cable, air-con, wifi throughout the facility, telephone, dressing area with vanity and cabinet,... The rooms range from 40 to 60 square meters and prices from US$50 to 90, based on size as all have similar amenities.
Best of all is the fine dining area, excellent space and comfortable, with a menu of fine fusion cuisine that truly matches the ambience. Outside the back is an open-air patio that provides semi-formal dining or lounge seating, the lobby is replete with an exquisite bar that also makes Hanoi's nicest cocktails. It is most odd to find such a laid-back open space in Hanoi's Old Quarter! There is even a wine lounge and VIP room on the second floor that awaits your meetings, business dinners, or special events. This is also a nice place to pop "The Big Question", find love lost or rekindle that fire, impress business colleagues, .... or just kickback and enjoy a quiet respite from Hanoi's hustle and bustle.
This is the finest boutique hotel in the city, an extreme bargain, with the greatest location and what can be considered the finest dining experience I had in all of my travels in Southeast Asia. GREAT!

I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi and looking for a superb lodging and dining experience. I stayed here with my girlfriend this past summer, and we found the place to be the perfect spot for a romantic getaway. The restaurant downstairs is terrific, the rooms are spacious and out-of-this-world comfortable, and the location (in the heart of the Old Quarter) is unbeatable. Moreover, I know the owner personally, and he is a wonderful guy--outgoing, hardworking, progressive, terrific English skills. Worth every penny!
