After a night in a place recommended by LP, with useless staff it was tiome to move. I can't recommend enough the Xuan Mai Hotel, 140 Cong Quynh, Dist 1, HCMC. Tel: (84-8) 291-2860. The owner speaks perfect English, servers breakfast after normal time. Rooms are spotless, free WIFI, all for 20$ a night. After 6 months travelling around South East Asia, this place is a 9/10.
