There is a new restaurant in Hoi An called Casa Verde or Nha Xanh in vietnamese. It is owned and operated by Gustav the ex-head chef of The Victoria Hotel here in Hoi An. He is truly a good cook and his dishes range from the best steak in town to pastas and Viet dishes. Three doors down from Cargo on the Hoi An water front its a refreshing new taste in town and definitely worth a visit. You will love the food. Gustav can be a little grouchy though. A real character!
