This is the review we wrote from Trip Advisor:
Stayed here for a total of three nights, split by a few nights away.
We highly recommend staying here - the location is down a quiet backstreet but is central and walking distance to most sights. The staff at reception made it for us - they were VERY helpful and booked taxis/tours etc for us and recommended some great restaurants in the area. They stored our gear for us while we were away too.
The rooms were fine - very clean, airconditioned, free internet downstairs and the breakfasts were sufficient.
The only problem with it would probably be getting a room for the night - it's very popular and we saw numerous people turned away as they were always full.
It can be hard to find if you're not familiar with area - turn off Pham Ngu Lao St onto Do Quang Dao St, down about 30m on the left through a small gate is an alley that is lined with hotels - about 70m down on the left is Bich Duyen.
