We had booked two rooms from the Holiday Hotel Hue, but they had only one room available (over booked). They arranged new rooms for us at an equally good hotel, Sports 2 Hotel. The location was not as close to the river as the first hotel, but is was within walking distance to everywhere.

We had deluxe rooms facing the street, beautiful big windows, nicely decorated room with all mod.con., US$ 18/night with a very good buffet breakfast. Free internet. The rooms and the hotel were very, very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. We had a very enjoyable stay there and can recommend the hotel to everybody.
