Last year I stayed at the great Dai Long Hotel, and I tried again this year (they were full), so I walked down Hai Ba Trung to the Nhi Trung Hotel at 13 Hai Ba Trung, and found a great little room for $15. with breakfast and cute little balcony (all set up for tea with table and chairs). The staff were great, got up early so I could get breakfast before their regular hours, and the computers were in great working order. I must say it was even better and a dollar or 2 cheaper than the Dai Long (which was excellent). The Nhi Trung is also very centrally located, and very near the wonderful Laugh Cafe.
