Hi,
I am sure this is a dumb question I think I may already know the answer. I guess I am looking to confirm my suspicions.
I am travelling back to SE Asia in November this year. This time, we will be visiting Cambodia and after travelling there for a few days last year, I know the drill on how to apply for my Visa for this.
What I need to know is - will I require visa for Vietnam if I fly in to HCMC and stay 24 hours before my onward journey to Siem Reap.
I think I would need one if I leave the airport . Is this correct???

You are correct - if you plan to leave the airport you will need a visa.

Thanks. :) I thought as much.
Given that it about $75 Australian for each of us to apply for a Visa I think I'll book the connecting flight to Cambodia with little delay in between and forget about doing a quick spot of shopping in HCMC.
