I'm going to be flying to phnom penh from beijing at the end of dec. i'm thinking about getting an e-visa, i've heard that there are some problems with an e-visa if you're leaving from china. also my flight arrives quite late, if i don't have a visa will i be able to get one at the airport late at night?

Hi nedbrack,

Welcome to Travelfish.

As long as flights are landing, immigration is still open and visa on arrival is available.

I've not heard of problems coming from china with an visa.
