In the last few weeks there was a new post about new rules for Thai visa, but I can't find it anywhere.
It reported on a confusing situation, and there was contradictory opinion of the meaning of the new requirements. From memory, the post was originated by Somtam.
I am now at the stage of applying for my visas for Thailand and Vietnam, and would like to check it out again.
Thanks for any assistance.

Somtam - there is an OLD 'visa change' thread that is a sticky in the Thai section. You may want to unstick the old one and stick the new one. And maybe even move it into Visas so people can find it!
