Burma-Thailand-Cambodia-Vietnam

    I am about to embark on a tour of four SEA countries,but I am bit confused where to pick as an entry point from London Uk.My plan is to start from yangon then exit at Hanoi.I have also observed tht I can not get a multicity which operates from London to Burma,which implies I have to get to Bangkok then take a flight to Yangon then head back to chiang mai in Thailand again for another lap towards Vietnam.It a bit confusing though,but if anyone got a clue how I can run this trip that will be great!:)
