I can't provide much help here in terms of details, but yes, you will be charged, unless the immigration guy is having a good day - and I don't think that happens too often! Make sure you have a good story about why you have overstayed by a day: you had already booked your flight and made a mistake on your visa application form or something. Be apologic and accommodating.

Is there a charge for this? Our visa runs out on the 8th but we don't fly till the 9th in the Morning.
Our visa has been issued from the day we applied an not the date we intended to arrive!
Any help is greatly appreciated!
