I got one in Bangkok last year. What was it you needed to know? I just looked back at some notes and found the following that may help. From memory it was a pretty straightforward process ...
9am to noon for applications
2-3pm for collections
3 working days ie submit application Monday morning, collect visa Wednesday afternoon.
Requirements
Passport
2 photos
$45 for 60 days
Photocopy of passport
Copy of return flight tickets

Hi, if you don't have any luck getting a 60 day visa before you get to Indonesia you can always extend your 30 day voa while you are in Indonesia. It is a bit more expensive, but sometimes if you run out of time beforehand it is the way to go
