ops...I klicked 'Enter' by mistake...
Anyway here comes the question: I am a Swedish citizen holding an EU pass and I am going to apply for a tourist visa (60 days) in London, since I will spend my time there before heading to Thailand. Now I have read that I must have a ' Financial means' thing with me...that is a bank statement,- that shows that I must have at least 20 000 bath with me.
But the case is that I can get a bank statement from my swedish bank (in sweden), but it won't be in Pound...or in Bath..but it Sek (swedish kronor).
Will they accept this? I have been mailing them and phone them but they just won't answer...
Help!
Eva

I've never heard of this requirement before -- and I've had a LOT of Thai 2-month tourist visas! Nevertheless I'd take your bank statement with you - am sure the embassy staff will be able to do a currency conversion.
