We are leaving Vietnam in the middle of our trip to go to Laos or Camnbodia. How much is a Vietnam Multiple entry Visa?

What you are seeking is what is called an "endorsement" which modifies your existing visa.

I recommend that not only do you seek a multiple entry endorsement but also a visa extension as the cost differential is small.

Please note the fees you have to pay comprise (1) The government fee (USD$10-20); (b) persuasion / tea or bribe to have the application expedited; (3) The Agents fee. This might be between USD40-70 for a tourist visa and can be handled (tourist visas) through travel agents located in a provinces capital town.

Business visa's can only be processed in HCMC, Da Nang and Ha Noi. Expect delays of upto 7 days as the visa offices are very busy.

Before handing your passport over make photocopies of the data and visa pages as this will you a hotel room whilst waiting for the visa.
    Good luck
