Getting a Vietnam Visa in Bangkok

    Does anyone know how much a Vietnam Visa costs if bought in Bangkok and how long it takes?

    I'm in Sydney and leave for Bangkok in 4 days so its going to be quite tight arranging one here.

    You can check the website for the Vietnamese embassy in Bangkok for more information. Fees will vary depending on your nationality and which visa you are getting.

    I would also like to know how long it takes to obtain a Vietnamese visa in BKK. The website of the Vietnamese embassy says 1-4 days, express service available. Does this mean that the express service just takes 1 day? Thank you.
