vietnamese visa in Laos or Bangkok - please help

    Is it possible to get a Vietnam visa in Luang Prabang or Vientiane? We are going from Vientiane to Hanoi and need to sort our visas before then.

    We had originally planned to get our visas in Bangkok but as we only arrive on a saturday and have already booked to leave the tuesday to Chang Mai and continue on from there, . Does anyone know of travel agencies in Bangkok that can hurry the visa up in 1-2 days?

    Also I have seen travel agents on the web advertising visa on arrival for HCMC and Hanoi? does anyone know of any in Hanoi - i have only seen HCMC??
