Visa extension

    Hello. I'm from UK and currently in Chiang Mai on a 60 day visa. It runs out on 25th August but need to extend to a 90 day one. I don't want to do a border run. Can I get this done in Chiang Mai anywhere do you know or do I have to go back to bangkok??

    Also can I fly from here to Koh Tao direct?

    ChiangMai immigration office should be able to extend your visa, though I'm not sure how much extra time they'll give you.

    No airport on Ko Tao - closest is on Samui. Bangkok Airways flies Chiang Mai to Ko Samui.
