let me see if I get this right
1) it is best to get a Visa for Vietnam before arriving and I can best do it online or by going to the US Embassy. Cost is $65. Will I be able to enter and re-enter using the same visa if it is during the same month
2) I will be going from Vietnam to Cambodia. Am I best getting a Cambodian Visa ahead of time or is it simple and quick to get one upon entry from Vietnam

What is the best way of getting from Siem Reap to Vientane. How long by bus? How much by plane? Many thanks.
