eggewaertslamp newbie Posts: 4	#1 Posted: 11/5/2009 - 03:55 Can I get a tourist visum at Vientiane or Khon Khaen, and save it, and enter Laos on a visum on arrival, cross Laos into Vietnam up to Kontum, and then return into Laos at the Bo Y crosssing using the visum obtained at Vientiane or Khon Khaen ? Anybody tried this before.. maybe for a trip into Cambodia at the Veung Kham border where no visum on arrival is available when returning into Laos. I know the laos visum must be used within 60 days from delivery.

I'm not sure if you can "save" a visa in your passport like that, and I've not had a report on if Lao visa on arrival is available at No Y or not. Perhaps someone else can be more help...
