Ok, I think I got this now, and that my free 30days will be
enough, but if someone could confirm i would be happy. :)
I'm going to Thailand on 17th of May, I will clear immigration
and stay in thailand for maybe 1 day upon my arrival. Then I will continue
my travel to Philipines and stay there for about 10 days.
I will then travel back to Thailand (by Air)and stay there until 24th of June.
Will my 30day free visa be enough for this? I will not stay in Thailand
for my than 30 days total, but my entry date and departure date will be more than 30 days apart.

You will need (and get) two 30-day visa-free entries. When you enter Thailand for the first time, you'll get one, which will be used up when you leave for the first time. When you arrive in Thailand for the second time, you will get a second one, which will last you until 24th June no problem.
