Posted by Daboosi on 10/10/2012 at 11:04

After a month of riding, our beloved Minsk is for sale. We've ridden from Hanoi - Halong - Sapa - Hue - HCMC We spent a week in Hanoi test riding Minsks, obviously we chose the best one we found. A total overhaul, new parts, new racks, bags, saddle and constant care meant we had NO breakdowns over our 2000km trip. Along the way we met loads of Minsk enthusiasts, both locals and travellers. We traded tips and techniques and now it runs super sweet and starts first time every time. ...

Yamaha Spark 125cc for sale in CHIANG MAI

Posted by KhowNeow11 on 6/10/2012 at 20:26

Great scooter for sale in Chiang Mai (NOT Vietnam ) at a real bargain price. I've had this bike for a year and a half, but its time to move on and it needs a new owner. The bike is a standard semi-manual scooter, with a surprisingly agile 125cc engine, good to get you anywhere you might want to go in the North and beyond (I've traveled on it quite a bit and it handles the highways very well. This bike is perfect for the expat in the city, or any traveler who's going to be in the country for a ...

Honda Win (Hanoi) - $200

Posted by jsparks on 3/10/2012 at 07:52

Just arrived in Hanoi after a month on the road, and I'm looking to pass on my trusty steed. Ricky is a Honda Win 100 purchased from the Saigon-Minsk guys in Saigon with new tires, chain and sprockets, a tune-up, and a complete engine rebuild one month ago. On the road, he's had regular 500km oil changes, a new front tube, and a new spark plug along with the regular bug fixes that go with this type of bike. Ricky sips gasoline and pisses adventure; his engine still runs like a top, and he had ...

FS in Hanoi: Honda Win 100

Posted by thelorax121 on 20/9/2012 at 04:38

First up is the Win 100. Bought it in January for general transportation, and it has served faithfully as a city driver and countryside trekker. The bike has had a large rebuild over the past month including new brakes, cables, levers, sprockets, chain, clutch, and gear box. The electrical system has also been redone, and in the process I added a round headlamp and speedo assembly to spruce up the usually boxy Win frontage. It was fixed up for our trip to HCMC, but the bike is just too small for ...
