private transport from Siem Reap to Ko Chang

February 2016. For a taxi for 2 people of Siem Reap to Ko Chang (pier) we paid 100 dollars.From Siem Reap $ 40 up to the border. And from the border to the pier in Ko Chang (with another taxi) $ 60. We left around 8 am with a Toyota Camry from Siem Reap. After about 2 hours we arrived at the border. There we were taken care of by a Thai guide. He gave us a badge and helped us through customs. hi i am looking for advice on a trip that includes visits to Thailand Cambodia and Vietnam looking for cheap (if poss) flights from UK is it possible to cover this in 3 weeks? I'm a Canadian citizen visiting NZ leaving for Australia dec 27. I visited Australia last year and my visitors visa is good u til sept. 2016. However I'm not going back to Canada.
