Treasure Island is an excellent option for a seafood lunch, with the crab a real stand out. Arrive early to grab your own seaside sala rather than getting stuck in the restaurant proper. The menu is endless, but anything in the pepper sauce is pretty good. Be wary of taking a table too far from the restaurant as the hillock is home to a bunch of cheeky monkeys. Moderately priced so long as you don't eat too much crab. Commonly recommended by expats as having the best seafood in Sihanoukville. Recommended
