Ao Phrao
Eat and meet
Ao Phrao
With just three upscale resorts and one standalone restaurant on Ao Phrao, options are limited. Expect to mingle with a larger crowd in the late afternoon, when holidaymakers come from all over the island to watch the sun set.Sandwiched between resorts in a sleek, modernist shell, Buzz is one of the best spots on the beach to grab a cocktail or light meal while watching the sunset. The list of tropical cocktails is long, though prices are a little high at 180B. The wide-spanning and interesting Thai menu, which includes Chiang Mai sausage, khao soi and nam prik, is reasonably priced.
