Baan Peakmai
Excellent, inexpensive Thai food
What we say: 
Koh Kong's main Thai restaurant, Baan Peakmai is a short walk from the traffic circle in downtown Koh Kong.
It has a leafy courtyard with thatched gazebos and a distinctly tropical feel, where you can enjoy cheap and cheerful Western and Thai dishes. Seafood is their speciality, and they offer curries, pad thai and a particularly good stir-fried minced pork with chili and basil. They also have a substantial number of vegetarian choices.
Mains go for between 10,000 and 15,000 Riel and they'll give you a decent exchange rate if you pay in dollars.
