What we say: 
Set a couple of blocks back off the beach at the southern end of Ochheuteal Beach, Les Feuilles has a well deserved reputation for their French food, with their beef being especially highly recommended. Prices are midrange by Sihanoukville standards with main dishes coming in at up to $10. Service comes with a smile and the restaurant has a comfortable and friendly set-up and, due to its location, is pretty quiet.
