Jam's Bar is JJ's less-popular neighbour for no reason other than they have less adorable backpacker bartenders. They offer free beers 23:00 — 00:30 as well as $2 buckets and $1 shots. Jam's has potential: it used to be the tres popular Nap House, but lost its following since the change of ownership. The recent loss of a metre off the side of the place in the latest round of bulldozing hasn't helped, either. Worth a visit just to see Jam, the older Korean owner, in action behind the bar.
