What we say: 
Starfish is a project designed to help disabled Khmers help themselves, offers delicious cookies, brownies, quiches and other treats in a quiet garden setting. Coffee is good, too, making this a great spot to curl up with a book for a few hours. Staff are also being trained in massage and they need you to practise on in return for a small donation. Good breakfasts, too. Recommended. Located above Starfish, Makara sells some interesting locally-made products like jewellery fashioned from recycled UXO and crawly critters made from old sparkplugs. Five percent of the proceeds go to Starfish.
