A block away fron Luna D'Autunno is the Don Bosco Hotel School, where you can enjoy more tasty food and support another worthy venture. The school trains at-risk Cambodian youths to work in the tourism industry. A group of these polite, professional students staff the Gelato Italiano. The cuisine is well executed but limited — a hamburger, fried rice, pizzas and pastas. Here, the coffee drinks and gelato (all 25 flavours) are the real draw. They've got the standards like strawberry and vanilla but also more exotic flavours like jackfruit, ginger and nutella. One delicious scoop on a homemade waffle cone is just $1.
