Impressive bamboo structure
What we say: 
Embun may not be packing in the people so far, but it certainly packs in the wow factor, with a fabulous bamboo wave roof construction that creates an impressively cool environment, even in the heat of the day.
Menu gives attention to the healthier things in life, but we've also heard very good things about both their pizzas and wraps. The restaurant looks out over their organic spice garden with large falldown bamboo blinds on hand for when the sun gets too bright. The owners have a particular interest in renewable resources and are happy to chat away about the construction — turns out bamboo is quite difficult to source in Bali!
