Echo Beach House is the largest of the beachfront cluster of restaurants and warungs that face onto the ocean at Echo Beach.
Invariably busy and seemingly particularly popular with Australians (though all nationalities are represented), this becomes the focal point for many a Canggu holidaymaker as the sun starts to set into the sea. There's no beach to speak of here as a retaining wall buffers the ocean, but a short walk to the west will bring you to some sand — watch the currents. Food is typical beach fare, service can be very slow. Nearby you'll find Dian Warung and Sate Bali (both Indonesian) and Sticky Fingers (Italian) for alternatives. Each has some seating out front on the retaining wall. Gets very busy on Sundays.
