A Bali beachside institution
What we say: 
This Bali beachside institution, seemingly always being improved in some way, continues to pull the crowds and is still among the best spots to head for a sunset drink on the island.
But make that a pricey drink, served alongside a mixed crowd. The food here is actually excellent, but again, with prices to match and for our money we'd rather head somewhere a little more special like Metis or Sarong, even without the thundering surf views. A better bet for your wallet would be a breakfast, though you don't get much bang for your buck. Nevertheless, their coffee is superb, as are those cocktails, and service always impeccable. The kids will be particularly well served with a Sunday brunch here, as craft activities are on offer along with a jumping castle and other diversions. If you're into late nights rather than early mornings, keep an eye out for their big parties, of which there are several well known ones over the European summer.
