What we say: 
Across the road from Ary's Warung in a discreetly fitted out building is the latest chain to arrive in Ubud -- Starbuck's.
In response to those cringing at the thought of such a bland homogenous icon such as Starbuck's infecting the cultural beauty of Ubud, some might say it serves a purpose as a harbour of familiarity when you just don't know where else to go for a coffee or cake.
However we are here to tell you that Casa Luna almost directly across the road serves better coffee and better cakes at cheaper prices and in much more pleasant surrounds than Starbucks.
Dilemma solved.
