Come for the bread
What we say: 
If you've been craving good bread, which is hard to come by in Central Java where the local tastes side with added sugar even in a loaf of wholegrain, Warung Baru is your place. The large menu includes Solonese, Indonesian, Indian and Western dishes, as well as juices and Bintang beer, which is rather scarce around this conservative town. The food is very basic, but the crusty bread is the real shining star. Open for breakfast through dinner, meals cost around 7,500 to 12,500 rupiah. The owner, Ibu Sun, is vibrant and welcoming and can also arrange tours, accommodation in her nearby guesthouse and transport.
