This food court in a large thatched hut around the corner from Jalan Jaksa is the place to come for authentic local food in a relaxed and amiable atmosphere.
Approximately 20 stalls sell everything from nasi goreng to delicious spicy soups.
It really is a fantastic way of exposing yourself to the food of Indonesia at the start, or indeed the end, of a trip.
