Vege thumbs-up

No pic at the moment -- Sorry!

What we say: 4 stars

Traditional Lao dishes like curry and laap are made vegetarian using tofu or mock meat, and there's plenty of salads, soups, rice and spring rolls.

The cooks borrow inspiration from Chinese, Thai, Indian, Vietnamese and Lao cooking, so there's enough variety that you could eat here every day without getting bored.

A buffet starts around 11:00 and dishes may not be replaced when they run out, so come early for the best selection. If you do miss the buffet, you can usually order a la carte.
