Grand Imperial
Try the dim sum
What we say:
Grand Imperial turns out some of the best Hong Kong style Cantonese food in KL.
It's particularly well known for the excellent dim sum (Chinese appetisers, normally served in threes). You can try a range of steamed, baked or deep fried taste explosions. Grand Imperial is also known for steam boat (a sort of Chinese broth fondue), Peking duck (roasted and served with pancakes) and roast pork. The place is classy, without having unreasonable prices.
The only negative is the shark's fin dishes on the menu.
Grand Imperial has a number of outlets in the Klang Valley, the most convenient being in Bangsar Shopping Centre, which can be reached by bus T634 from Bangsar LRT.
