Neroteca

Arguably KL's most authentic Italian restaurant, Neroteca sits at the western periphery of Bukit Bintang.

As well as the city's best selection of salamis, hams and cheeses in the city; the well-executed pasta dishes, like tagliatelle (long flat pasta) with creamy mushroom sauce, and trenette alla Ligure (long thin pasta with classic basic pesto), are especially good. While food prices are extremely reasonable, the mark-ups on the wine list are nothing short of outrageous.
